We appreciate the fact that at times, our customers may have to request a change of service or product owing to various reasons. So, we have designed a user-friendly returns & refunds policy. We suggest that you read the following to understand the process and eligibility for returns & refunds.

To return your PTE-A test voucher, we require you to fill a return form.

  1. The following is the format:
  2. Name of the Account holder
  3. Name of the Bank
  4. IFSC code
  5. Date of purchase
  6. Promo Code number
  7. Date of purchase
  8. Reason for claiming a refund

In case you require a refund, please mail the above details in the format prescribed, and we will have our customer care executives get in touch with you soon.

What percentage of refund will you get?

As per our policy, you are entitled to receive only 50% of the total cost when you apply for a refund.

The refund must be applied for at least seven days before the exam date. Any request for refund with a lesser number of days to go for the exam will not be entertained.

If you want to reschedule your PTE-A exam date, then you need to pay 25% extra on the original cost of the voucher. You will have to reach out to us with all the details mentioned above.

Please note that you will not receive the refund in cash. The refunded amount shall be credited to your bank account in 7-10 working days. We will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by false information.

The PTE Voucher Code is shared with the candidate upon booking the test online or over phone call. Please note that we never ask you to share your Credit card, debit card or other confidential details. PTE Code will not be held responsible if the candidate is not able to use the PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English (Academic)) Score Card for visa application or any other cause.
